BEAUTÉDERM founder Rhea Anicoche Tan has officially begun her term as president of the Rotary Club of Balibago, participating in the district-wide initiative "Handog ng District 3790 sa Kabataan."
“I've admired the Rotary Club's charity efforts since the very beginning. It is a club that advocates for communities and assists many underprivileged individuals. It is an honor to serve as president of the Rotary Club of Balibago, with officials and members assisting me,” said Tan, who was recently awarded as Businesswoman of the Year at the 53rd Box-Office Entertainment Awards.
Tan, together with Kapuso stars and Belle Dolls ambassadors Ysabel Ortega and Miguel Tanfelix, distributed hygiene kits, food mugs, and school bags to grade three pupils at Sto. Domingo Integrated School as part of the Rotary Year 2025-2026 kickoff. Meanwhile Beautederm ambassador DJ JhaiHo hosted the program.
Aside from the donations, Tan led tree planting and food distribution, demonstrating support for education and student welfare while taking a stand on the environment.
“Ysabel and Ortega made the event more unforgettable. They brought the excitement while also inspiring the children. More than the entertainment they provided, the fact that a celebrity showed up for them means that the children were seen and valued,” shared the president of Rotary Club of Balibago.
“So I'd like to thank Ysabel and Miguel once more for gracing the event with such grace and kindness, and so as with DJ JhaiHo. The children were overjoyed to see them. And, of course, thank you to the entire Rotary Club of Balibago,” she added.
Tan also revealed that the club has already planned some of the charitable activities for the entire year, including projects with Beautéderm.
