Piolo Pascual ipinaliwanag ang kahalagahan ng life at health insurance sa kanya at pamilya niya; Tinawag na 'walking billboard' ng Sun Life

Inaalagaan ng Ultimate Heartthrob at Sun Life ambassador na si Piolo Pascual ang kanyang kalusugan at finances hindi lang para sa kanyang sarili kundi higit para sa kanyang pamilya at mga mahal sa buhay.

Ito ang ipinaliwanag ni Piolo kasama ang Sun Life Chief Client Experience and Marketing Officer na si Carla Gonzalez-Chong sa Sun Life presscon noong Marso 6 sa Central Square Mall Cinema 1 kung saan inilunsad ang mga bagong health protection plans ng Sun Life na kinabibilangan ng Sun Life Assure, Sun Cancer Care, at Sun Fit and Well Advantage.

Ayon kay Piolo, "One of the things I did when I started working is to get insurance, and then eventually my son, my family, my siblings and the rest of the family.

"I guess there's a misconception kasi about insurances that's why I am happy how Sun Life handled it through the years by coming out with different policies.

"That's why we have financial advisors. It's important to have that personal relationship so that she can explain to her clients or people who are interested the kind of information they need to know kasi back in the days hindi naman natin alam itong mga ito, di ba? Now we made it more personal. That's why we have the financial advisors that can attend to you personally and explain everything."

Malaki ang tiwala ni Piolo sa kanyang Sun Life financial advisor dahil ang mismong kapatid niyang si Chiqui ito.

Proud naman ang Sun Life sa kanilang ambassador na si Piolo sa pagiging financially disciplined nito.

Sabi nga ni Ms. Carla ng Sun Life, "Being financially disciplined takes a while. So that behavior needs to be nurtured, I would say. 

"So, we were lucky because Piolo himself is financially disciplined. I mean, he had that perspective at the on set. And so he had that ready mindset when he talks to a financial advisor na, 'I want to grow my money. I want to protect my income. I want to be able to grow my wealth and afford things for my son and my loved ones.'

"So, it's just a matter of showing Filipinos the value of insurance, why you need it, why it's crucial to have it especially if you gave predisposed illnesses. Kasi just one illness... it can plunged a family into poverty.

"So, this is what we advocate. That's why if you would notice, Sun Life is big on financial education because we know that not all Filipinos appreciate the benefits of life insurances, health insurances."

Mabuti na lang at very effective and convincing ang kanilang ambassador na si Piolo.

"Because we Filipinos, we love Piolo. And so it helps because Piolo is a walking billboard of Sun Life," pagmamalaki pa ni Ms. Carla sa aktor.
